Ginealogy Pte. Ltd. (“Ginealogy”) collects Personal Data (as defined below) through our website “www.ginealogy.com.sg” and through our interactions with you. Ginealogy complies with applicable data privacy laws, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. This website is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 (or the applicable legal age for consuming alcohol in your jurisdiction). Ginealogy does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18. By using the website, you confirm that you are above the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

By accessing this website and/or purchasing any Ginealogy product, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this Privacy Policy, and that you have agreed to have your Personal Data collected, used, stored, processed and disclosed by Ginealogy in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may be changed from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the modified Privacy Policy on the website. Your continued use of, or access to, the website following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Personal data means any information about an individual who can be identified from that data, either alone or together with any information that could reasonably be expected to be

available to Ginealogy (“Personal Data”). This may include, but is not limited to: your name, gender, date of birth, personal identification number, contact information (including address, phone number and email address), payment information (including credit or debit card information, the name of the cardholder, card number, billing address and expiry date), any images, photographs and videos, and technical information (including IP address).

We may collect Personal Data from you:

- when you set up an account or complete an online registration or order form, where you will be asked to provide certain Personal Data, including, but not limited to, your name, delivery and billing address, phone number, email address, and credit or debit card number. Personal Data collected by Ginealogy from you may be used by Ginealogy and/or shared with any of our related companies, agents, service providers and business partners, for any of the following purposes: to take and handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, and communicate with you about orders, products and services; to provide technical assistance or otherwise provide customer support for your order; to inform you of events and promotions, and to send you sales and marketing communications relating to Ginealogy or partner products, including, but not limited to, offers, updates and information about new products via newsletters, emails and text messages; to comply with applicable

law; to conduct marketing research, user profile and data analytics; and/or for such other purposes as notified to you on or before the collection or use of the Personal Data.

However, we will only disclose the information that is necessary for the relevant third party, affiliate, or agent to perform their service, or where legally required. We will also provide your credit or debit card information to financial services corporations such as credit-card processors and issuers, as is required to process your orders. We will use industry standard security measures, including data encryption, when providing your credit or debit card information to others but cannot be held responsible for unauthorised or unintended access that is beyond our control. We may also disclose information where we, in good faith, believe that disclosure is necessary or expedient to (a) comply with legal process; (b) comply with a request from any governmental or regulatory authority having jurisdiction over Ginealogy; (c) enforce the Ginealogy Terms and Conditions or this Privacy Policy; (d) respond to any threatened or actual claims asserted against Ginealogy or other claim that any content of the website or social media platform violates the rights of third parties; (e) respond to your requests for customer service; or (f) protect the rights, property or personal safety of Ginealogy, our personnel, users of our website, and/or the public.

You must only submit personal data which is accurate and not misleading. You may withdraw your consent for us to use any or all of the Personal Data that has been collected from you by writing to us and we will, as soon as reasonably practicable, delete such Personal Data. However, deletion of the Personal Data may impact the services that Ginealogy can provide to you in the future. We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as we are required or permitted to by law, for the purposes for which it was collected. We will cease to retain your Personal Data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purposes for which the data was collected, and is no longer necessary for any legal or business purpose. We or our authorized service providers may from time to time use "cookies" or other features to allow us or third parties to collect or share information in connection with your use of our website and services.
